Peddie raced out to a 16-1 first quarter advantage and never looked back en route to a 45-19 win over Mercersburg in the first round of the Mid-Atlantic Prep League Tournament. Sophomore Janayshia Brown led the way with nine points in the opening stanza including two triples near NBA range. Brown finished with 15 points. Senior Natalie Stralkus chipped in eight points in the second half. Freshman Kylie Favours and senior Emma Rodgers each added seven points.
